James Reeves

James graduated from the United States Air Force Academy in 1993, and he then served on active duty in the United States Air Force.  Upon completion of his obligation, James received an honorable discharge and moved to San Antonio, Texas.  He joined the San Antonio Police Department where he worked as a police officer for 10 years.  James spent 6 years on the DWI Task Force arresting individuals for intoxication related offenses.  While employed as a police officer, he worked his way through St. Mary’s Law School.

Qualifications include: Standardized Field Sobriety Testing (SFST) Instructor, Drug Recognition Expert, and Intoxilyzer 5000 Operator.  As an SFST Instructor, James was responsible for training other officers in the detection of intoxicated drivers and the administration of the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests.
